A space to fall in love ❤️ with! This charming farm house is located just West of Springfield, Missouri near a little town called Spencer where the old iron bridge crosses Johnson Creek. This home is just a stones throw to old Route 66 and is located on the corner of a working cattle ranch. The entire place was recently remodeled from top to bottom and boasts spacious rooms and a modern farmhouse design. Very close to 2 popular wedding venues would be the perfect place for your wedding stay

Good to know

Enjoy the view of the wide open space of the rolling hills behind the home. Lots of springtime colors on the trees and bushes around the home with Red Bud, White Pear Tree and Lilac Bush in the back yard. You might hear the distant neighbor's rooster crow in the morning or have cattle come right up to the fence. Please note: We don't allow wood fires in the indoor fireplace. It's for display purposes only since the flu damper is blocked off.

Booking Requirements & Guest Responsibility -The primary guest must be 21+ years old and a financially responsible party. -Guest agrees to cover the cost of any damaged or missing items resulting from their stay. -Guest acknowledges that the host may require the primary renter to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival. Failure to complete this step may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the stated cancellation policy. Clean Environment Policy -NO PETS and NO SMOKING—NO EXCEPTIONS. -These rules protect the health and comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies. -Violation of either policy incurs a $100 minimum fee per infraction. Issue Resolution Policy -Guests agree to promptly notify the host of any concerns or issues upon discovery, and to provide a reasonable opportunity for the host to resolve them. -Refunds or concessions will not be issued for complaints that are not reported during the stay or that the host is not allowed to address. -Attempts to retroactively negotiate discounts without giving the host the chance to correct issues are considered a violation of this agreement.
