this was a cute , quiet hotel room style alternative. Room was spotless and bed was firm but comfortable with very soft sheets! Forsyth is just up the road so location was good. We did need a boat ramp and there is one accessible on the property. However we chose to use the one down the road due to the clearer water as the boat ramp at this location is loaded with what looked to be green seeds of some sort which was not the fault of the host. Just something we are picky about so our boat stays as clean as possible. I would say expect to hear your neighbors walking around our only neighbor walked very heavy and we could feel and hear it lol. Again no fault to the host. The last minor detail if you are tall expect to bend down for the shower head. We are short like 5’5” and our heads were taller than the shower head. Which was funny but again we aren’t tall but if you are it’s nice just to be informed. Would recommend for a quick clean quiet getaway.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The cabin was clean and tidy. A short walk, 15 seconds, from a stunning lake view and a superb hike were an added bonus. Our stay was both comfortable and serene.

Lovely place, 10-15 minutes to everything, both Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson. It was perfect for our kids - two separate single beds in the loft instead of a queen bed. Two separate bathrooms was perfect for us as well. Decent price compared to the majority of places in the area. Lovely location by marina!

What a wonderful place and a wonderful host. The place is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely use this place again for our next reunion gathering. A gem in the Ozark's for sure.

Our family had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the game room and our family loved gathering in the theater room at the end of the night. This was exactly the weekend away we had needed.

Very quiet, peaceful stay with the convenience of everything Branson within 25 minutes. Room was spotless and super cozy. Had to drive 23 minutes one night to buy a plunger 🪠 (which we left for the next family), but just a great stay. We will be back

My daughter and I stayed just one night. We both wished it was more! The place was spotless upon check in!! The beds were comfy! The lake was beautiful! The pool was relaxing! Could not ask for a better place! Dennis answered every question I had!

We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Bears Lodge #1. The ammenities were excellent, the location for us was perfect, boat slip was very convenient, great value for the $$ and Dennis was a very attentive host. We lacked for nothing...except for the fish to bite ;)
