Good to know

The home is situated in the lakeside community of Edgewater Beach Resort. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck overlooking the lake and the scenic Ozark Mountains. Just steps away from the resort swimming pool and an easy walk to the dock where you can take in the views or jump in a boat and get lost for the day! -Use the Community Firepit next to the Lakeshore or the private one on the main deck of the home -Best prices for boat rentals on the lake at the resort marina -Fish cleaning station on Dock B makes keeping the catch of the day easy! -Boat ramp is free to use for resort guests so you can bring your own boat. -Boat Slips are available to rent by the day.

Other Details to Note

Guests have access to the entire resort property including the pool, playground area, boat ramps and dock. Dock slips are available for a small daily fee but the boat ramp is always free for guests to use. Fish cleaning station at the end of Dock B and along with a couple of great benches to sit a enjoy a cup of coffee. You can always bring a pole and fish off the dock. Rental boats are available onsite and can be booked in advance online or after you arrive. Guests staying at Captain's Quarters receive an additional 10% off the daily boat rental rate as our way of saying thank you for being a valued customer.

Booking Requirements & Guest Responsibility -The primary guest must be 25+ years old and a financially responsible party. -Guest agrees to cover the cost of any damaged or missing items resulting from their stay. -Guest acknowledges that the host may require the primary renter to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival. Failure to complete this step may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the stated cancellation policy. Clean Environment Policy -NO PETS and NO SMOKING—NO EXCEPTIONS. -These rules protect the health and comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies. -Violation of either policy incurs a $100 minimum fee per infraction. Issue Resolution Policy -Guests agree to promptly notify the host of any concerns or issues upon discovery, and to provide a reasonable opportunity for the host to resolve them. -Refunds or concessions will not be issued for complaints that are not reported during the stay or that the host is not allowed to address. -Attempts to retroactively negotiate discounts without giving the host the chance to correct issues are considered a violation of this agreement.

Neighborhood

Located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. This park like setting features lakeside walking trails and is adjacent to Empire park with even more trails and disc golf course that is free to use.

Guest Access

Guests can access the entire home and the resort pool, dock and fish cleaning station. Guests can also use the playground and community firepit (in addition to the private one on the deck of the home). Empire Park is next door and you can walk right off the edge of the resort property and onto the walking trails. You can also use the Frisbee golf course for free. One of my favorite things to watch is the water flowing over Powersite Dam at Empire Park. It's great for a beautiful evening walk.

Our family had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the game room and our family loved gathering in the theater room at the end of the night. This was exactly the weekend away we had needed.
