Welcome to 4 Bears Lodge at Edgewater Beach Resort! For that large family gathering or group you can rent the entire lodge, which will accommodate up to 16 guests. There are 2 large suites with separate kitchen and living room spaces and connected sleeping rooms. There are also 2 standard rooms in the center of the lodge with microwaves and mini fridges. Each room has their own separate entry from the outside that leads to the large covered porch. Each sleeping room features 2 queen beds.

The 4 Bears Lodge is perfect for those large families or groups of friends who want to spend their days together but want to have a separate place to reside at the end of the day. Each unit at 4 Bears Lodge has it's own exterior access with a sliding glass door to the outside. Watch a beautiful sunset on the lake or sit and listen to the crickets and sounds of the fresh country air.

Booking Requirements & Guest Responsibility -The primary guest must be 21+ years old and a financially responsible party. -Guest agrees to cover the cost of any damaged or missing items resulting from their stay. -Guest acknowledges that the host may require the primary renter to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement prior to arrival. Failure to complete this step may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the stated cancellation policy. Clean Environment Policy -NO PETS and NO SMOKING—NO EXCEPTIONS. -These rules protect the health and comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies. -Violation of either policy incurs a $100 minimum fee per infraction. Issue Resolution Policy -Guests agree to promptly notify the host of any concerns or issues upon discovery, and to provide a reasonable opportunity for the host to resolve them. -Refunds or concessions will not be issued for complaints that are not reported during the stay or that the host is not allowed to address. -Attempts to retroactively negotiate discounts without giving the host the chance to correct issues are considered a violation of this agreement.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire resort property including the pool, playground area, boat ramps and dock. Dock slips are available for a small daily fee but the boat ramp is always free for guests to use. Fish cleaning station at the end of Dock B and along with a couple of great benches to sit a enjoy a cup of coffee. You can always bring a pole and fish off the dock. Rental boats are available onsite and can be booked in advance online or after you arrive. Guests of 4 Bears Lodge receive an additional 10% off the daily boat rental rate as our way of saying thank you for being a valued customer.
